By using our website or the moment you place an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. THE YAZ reserves the right to change or expand these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. So please check this page regularly.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
All purchases made on our website are secured by iDeal, Bancontant, Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. Personal contact information transmitted to us will be stored in our customer base. THE YAZ does not provide, share or sell any of your personal data to third parties.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices on THE YAZ website are in euros (€), including VAT and excluding shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for any printing errors in the prices displayed on the website. We can adjust an incorrect price at any time without prior notice.

All payments on the website are secured by the payment providers as mentioned in SECURITY AND PRIVACY.

AVAILABILITY
When you place an order, it is always possible that the ordered item(s) cannot be processed due to a lack of availability or delay in delivery of the stock items. We will then cancel the order and inform you by email. Please keep in mind that all items are unique and limited!

SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. All products are sent with a Track & Trace through a package service. The shipping costs are stated at check out before placing an order. For orders over € 99,95 no shipping costs are charged. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order is shipped.

THE YAZ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes responsibility for requesting shipping information, status of the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT TAXES.

RETURN POLICY
All images, colors, dimensions, product specifications, etc. on THE YAZ website are approximate, indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation or termination of the purchase agreement.

Please order carefully to ensure you receive products that fit you well. If there is a defect in a product or a problem with your order, please send us an email to info@theyazclothing.com. THE YAZ will do its best to provide you with a quick response.

If there is any reason that you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving the order. All products must be unworn, unwashed and with the original labels and packaging. We do not cover the shipping costs for returns. With the exception of products that have a defect or incorrectly delivered items.

Products purchased in the sale cannot be returned. These can only be exchanged for a different size if available.

COMPLAINTS
THE YAZ does its best to provide you with the best shopping experience and service. However, there may be a reason that you are not satisfied.
